Liberty Family Services provides In-Home support with daily living and independent living skills.
A Service Coordinator will establish the level of support based on the individual's specific
needs and interests and may include assistance in the home or with outings to the grocery store
or other destinations. Our Care Providers are certified in American Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR.

Our staff is professionally trained and
certified to:

• Provide assistance to individuals with mental retardation, autism, mental illnesses, or dual diagnoses.
• Offer support and guidance while individuals learn and strengthen independent living skills.
• Assist clients with maintaining health and safety in the home.
• Foster social skills that enable greater community interaction.
• Engage in research validated programs to unsure use of the most current and accurate care available.
  

Funding

Individuals with Developmental Disabilities including Mental Retardation and Autism qualify for
fully funded services through state Medicaid & DD Waiver funding. Services may also be covered by
long-term care insurance or may be contracted on a self pay basis. Our staff will guide you through the
process of qualifying for funding.

LFS accepts the following:

• Medicaid Waiver
• DD Waiver
• Private Health Insurance
• Private funding
