Sabrina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received a Master’s degree in Social Work, with a specialization in mental health treatment from St Leo University after completing their advanced standing program in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Social Work and Psychology from Spring Arbor University. She has been working in the field of mental health since 2011.
Sabrina attempts to meet her client’s where they are and help them recognize their own unique potential. She believes an important part of her work is to empower clients to have healthy relationships with others and with God. She works with individuals both in person and through tele therapy. Sabrina enjoys working with a variety of ages: children age 6 and older, teens, and adults in individual and family therapy.
Sabrina has experience in therapeutic foster care and in community based mental health. She has facilitated trauma trainings for parents, foster parents, and other professionals.
Sabrina’s primary mode of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She works to create an atmosphere of safety and acceptance for optimal growth and change for her clients.
