At Eden Counseling, therapy is a process where client and therapist collaborate to clarify sources of distress, discover practical solutions, and develop the skills to be successful.
Following an initial evaluation that often includes psychological testing, a treatment plan will be designed.
The length of your treatment will depend on your personal goals and the problems to be addressed.
